Management of client’s works to insure proper documentation of each element and collection of amounts due including: ♦ publishing administration, including discography maintenance, licensing, registrations and royalty accounting ♦ negotiation of placement deals in liaison with designated legal representatives ♦ invoicing and collection of advances and fees with monthly reporting to client and designated tax or financial representative ♦ registration of copyrights with US copyright office ♦ registration of shares with PRO affiliates (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC) ♦ registration of shares with SoundExchange ♦ creation and maintenance of client discography including artists, chart positions, sales and award achievements and share splits for each ♦ Royalty recovery for unaccounted / unregistered works
